Hey Guys and welcome back to Fitness Friday’s where I give you a soccer-specific workout to improve your game. Soccer is about having the bandwidth to compete for a 90-minute game. To compete for long durations of the game, you have to train hard, train smart, and train effectively. Today’s workout will be a stepping stone in the right direction.

Work out Details
1. Bicycle crunches – Hold on every 3rd crunch – x 5 sets
2. 1 leg crunch- x 5 on each leg and switch – x 2 sets
3. Leg Lifts – x 5
4. Sit-ups – x 10
1-minute plank active recovery
* Repeat Set
1. Make sure to control your movement.
2. You know your body better than anyone else, so make sure to remember that whenever you’re doing these exercises.
3. Remember to breathe. Holding your breath constricts your muscles, which hurts your performance.
